Operating Principle
The Milkon Disc Pump operates on a boundary layer laminar-flow principle. A series of parallel rotating discs create a viscous boundary layer between the discs and the pumped fluid. This layer transfers energy through viscous drag, gently moving the fluid without impingement or turbulence - ensuring delicate handling and consistent performance even at high viscosities.
